Leonardo Yavincha Classical Cutaway Go Acoustic

2025 Leonardo Yavincha Classical Cutaway Go Acoustic Audio

This stage guitar made by Bolivian luthier Leonardo Yavincha comes to me by way of Paul McGill, the creator of Go Acoustic Audio and luthier extraordinaire. He wanted me to check out the guitar, which has at its heart the Go Acoustic system and of course it plays and sounds great. The model is named the Aureo Concierto, and is a cutaway classical that features an onboard Go Acoustic system with 3-band EQ and mic blend.

***

While the challenge of amplifying acoustic guitars is on-going, the Go Acoustic system is a great solution. It has a good sound quality while resisting feedback and is designed for high volume stage use. Yavincha’s guitars are designed with consideration for this kind of live use and specifically for Go Acoustic systems, and strikes a nice balance between amplified and unplugged sound. Ideal for performance with sound reinforcement, but with added features like the soundport it makes for a satisfying player-side experience in quiet settings as well.
