Excellent(+); There is only the lightest wear evident, and it is in beautiful shape especially given the thin delicate finish, and softness of the redwood. The current string height is about 5/64” to 4/64” from bass to treble, with moderate relief. The neck being a hollow carbon fiber core, does not have an adjustable truss rod.

Where to start? First, there’s the fundamental Infinitum archtop design, with a body carve inspired by the infinity symbol, and with the sound holes integrated into the curves of the guitar. This particular one is a singular design among Infinitum guitars, and features a carbon fiber structure in the body that anchors the strings, and also extends out to comprise the structural core of the neck. It could be viewed as a neck through carbon fiber acoustic archtop guitar. With the tuners being inside the body, it is also a headless design. The ABM tuners are accessed through a small door built into the back, and secured by small magnets. Beautifully figured redwood was selected for the top, and a rare wood local to New Zealand, Casuarina, is used for the back, sides, neck, fingerboard, and bridge. An innovative design, and just one of one, never to be repeated.
